Shandong Rnomac Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to be as RNOMAC) is located in Private Industry Zone, Huayin District, Jinan City, China. Total employees are 420. Main products are 6 series of Low Speed High Torque orbital hydraulic motors, ranging from BM1 to BM6, steering units and series of winches products including Air winches, hydraulic winches, measuring winches and rope furling machines etc. The total processing workshop area for hydraulic motors is 10000 square meters, monthly production capacity reaching10000 units per month, main applications involving kings of areas including construction machinery, agricultural machinery, plastic machinery, fishing machinery and mining machinery etc. Winches processing workshops has an area of 12000 square meters with a monthly production capacity of 10000 sets. The application for the winches products are mainly oil drilling, coal mining, iron mining, copper mining or gold mining etc.
Since its inception, RNOMAC has set up the company philosophy, Top Brand, Top Do, and company mission of developing Chinese fitting industry in order to provide high-end products and services to domestic or overseas complete machinery manufacturers.

RNOMAC always regards R&D as the working center and invests over USD300000 per year on the R&D personnel training and update of processing equipment. Till 2010, RNOMAC has successfully applied for 2 Practice Patent, 2 Invention Patent and 3 S&T Project Approval from the concerned state government. Meanwhile, RNOMAC owns a strong R&D fleet, who has built several R&D Centers with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shandong University and Shandong Communication Institute etc.

In order to improve QA/QC system, RNOMAC has obtained several qualifications for company or products, e.g. ISO9001:2008, CE certifications, Safety Certificates for Mining Products., Membership of SINOPEC and China-petrol Net with Class -AAA Credit. Supplying Licenses to etc. Main conditions are as below:

·The processing workshops are equipped with internationally top standard processing machines, testing instruments and micro-detection instruments, which are imported from Taiwan, Japan and German etc.

·Most core components of the products are self-developed, which highly guarantees the quality of the complete products.

·Many measures are taken to improve the workshop production capabilities to 10000 set per month, including transforming and optimizing the air power circuits and the assembly lines.

·Depending on the consistently R&D and technology improvement, the categories of the products are expanded from 180 to 300, which covers most application areas.

· Workshops are designed and built to be as the constant temperature and Clean III workshops to improve the product quality and lifetime.

Regular trainings are organized for all the workers to strengthen their quality awareness.
